Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions of the local hotel programme you are registering from this website apply and can be viewed on the respective hotel loyalty website. Each of our hotel’s we represent have their own unique terms and conditions, including and not limited to; points earning criteria, point values, qualification to redeem, card issue (where relevant) and definitions; booking restrictions, termination and liability. Full terms and conditions of the hotel loyalty website you register can be viewed before or after completing the registration process.

Redemption of Vantage voucher codes

Members may exchange points at participating Vantage hotels when a sufficient points value is achieved. Vantage voucher codes are available for redemption at the participating hotel in £25 and £50 denominations and can be used for a future experience at any participating Vantage hotel.  On redemption a digital voucher code will be emailed to your registered email address and stored under your transaction history, which can be viewed when logged in to your account. Vantage voucher codes can be exchanged in full or part payment for accommodation, food and beverage, spa and named services on the participating hotel loyalty website according to the voucher code value by quoting the voucher code when visiting the participating hotel. Terms and conditions for the rate booked will apply. The voucher code must be used in full within 6 months of date of issue in whole or part of any single transaction, which is subject to availability. The full voucher value can only be applied and no change will be given for any part transaction. Please present your loyalty card or app to a member of staff and quote your voucher code number when settling your invoice, or full payment will be required by cash, credit or debit card.
