Celebrate happy hour at home with these top 5 classic cocktails. All you need to mix up your drinks menu are a couple of different bottles, ice and some different shaped glasses. These timeless cocktails never go out of style and are easy to make in your very own home.

Ingredients: 90ml gin or vodka, 30ml dry vermouth, olive and lemon peel to garnish.
Recipe: Add ingredients to ice-filled mixing glass or metal shaker. Stir, don’t shake, for about 10 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon peel and olive.
Ingredients: 50ml Tequila, 35ml fresh squeezed lime juice, 15ml orange liqueur or triple sec.
Recipe: Rub a lime wedge over the rim of a rocks glass (or Margarita glass) then twist on a plate of coarse salt so it attaches. Place ingredients in cocktail shaker with cracked ice. Shake and strain into the glass over ice.
Ingredients: glass of Champagne or sparkling wine, 20ml brandy, white sugar cube, 2 dashes Angostura bitters.
Recipe: Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitter and sugar cube into a Champagne flute. Add cognac followed by gently pouring in the chilled champagne.
Ingredients: 50ml dark rum, 100ml ginger beer, 25ml lime juice, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Recipe: Fill glass with ice, add all the ingredients and gently stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Ingredients: 50ml Gin, 25ml lemon/lime juice, 25ml sugar syrup, 125ml chilled soda water, ice.
Recipe: Pour gin, lemon/lime juice and sugar syrup into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a glass half filled with ice. Top with soda water.
