As the leading bespoke loyalty programme provider in the UK, Inspire Loyalty creates branded loyalty programmes for hoteliers which includes a branded loyalty website, interface, app and loyalty cards. Using a points based system, hotel guests are encouraged to repeat business and access exclusive member offers when booking direct. Members are engaged by monthly email marketing communications with exclusive member offers.

Our app contains many features including access to the member’s digital loyalty card to view their transaction history, points balance and reward redemption. And there’s opportunity to cross sell if it’s a hotel group, or extend reach through Vantage, a loyalty programme that allows your hotel members to redeem points across the Vantage hotel collection.

How Vantage works

We’ll be generating awareness of your hotel, introducing new guests and loyalty, while giving the member a choice of hotels to enjoy their reward and experience. As a hotelier, you can access a dashboard of customer segments and buying behaviours. What's more, all member and staff support is managed by a dedicated team.

Vantage encourages guests to register and earn points at their preferred local hotel programme which we can create for you and list on this website.

Redeem Voucher

When the member has registered for your branded hotel loyalty programme they can redeem points for a Vantage voucher to use across participating hotels in our portfolio.
