A. To earn points, simply present your loyalty card or smart phone to Reception who will scan the bar code to add points to your account. If you don’t have a loyalty card, you can collect one from the hotel when you visit. Points can still be awarded without a loyalty card by reception who can locate your account number at the hotel. Some hoteliers who participate offer welcome points for joining.

A. You have the choice to redeem points for reward vouchers at the hotel you joined to enjoy their own experience, or you can redeem a Vantage voucher on the hotel loyalty website to use at any participating Vantage hotels listed on this website.
A. All vouchers are available on the hotel loyalty website where you registered, located under the Vouchers section of the main menu. A qualifying points value will be displayed to advise if you have a sufficient points balance to redeem. Vantage vouchers are displayed in denominations of £25 and £50. When you redeem a voucher you will receive a unique voucher code number by email. The voucher code is also recorded on your transaction history which can be viewed when logged into the hotel loyalty website or Vantage app. Simply quote the voucher code number for deduction off your final invoice. Some hotels state advance notification is required when using their own product vouchers, however no advance notification is required to use a Vantage voucher.
A. You can register for your preferred Vantage hotel on the Vantage app available on the Apple App Store or Google Play. After download, select Login then scroll down to your preferred hotel and register. If you have already registered for your preferred Vantage hotel, just enter your existing loyalty account details to save a digital loyalty card where you can view your points balance, transaction history and redeem a voucher code.
A. A replacement card can be issued by the hotel where you registered. Please contact the hotel reception to request a replacement card. Points balance and transaction history will be transferred on the new card.

A. The minimum redemption value for a Vantage voucher is £25. The hotel you registered will display the minimum redemption value for their own hotel loyalty vouchers, which can be viewed when logged in to your account.
A. You can obtain a temporary password by selecting the ‘Lost Password’ function when you visit the loyalty website of the hotel you registered.
